Ingredients: serves 4
21 oz/60 dkg boneless chicken breast, 6 tablespoon mayonnaise, 4 tablespoon lightly salted light soy sauce, 2 tablespoon cooking oil
Cut the chicken breasts into 8-12 slices and put them in a bowl. Combine the mayonnaise with the soy sauce and rub thoroughly into the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, without dripping off the juices, brown them in a lightly oiled skillet, or on a grill rack, 3-5 minutes on each side, turning them over at half time. Serve with steamed rice and a salad.
