2.2 lb/1 kg potatoes, 7 tablespon all-purpose flour, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground caraway seeds (optional), 1/4 teaspoon ground
black pepper, 2 cloves garlic (1 teaspoon garlic cream), 1/2 cup parsley, About 3 1/2 oz/1 dl oil for frying
Peel the potatoes and grate them fine. Work in the flour and eggs, you can also make the dough lighter
by adding 1-2 tablespon sour cream. Salt, add the caraway, pepper, crushed garlic (garlic cream) and
chopped parsley. Fry small pancakes from the dough using a multifried-egg skillet for best results, but the dish can be prepared with a traditional skillet as well. Heat up the oil, place small rounds into it, flatten them a bit and fry them up.
