Ingredients serves 4:
9 oz/25 dkg fusilli, salt, 8 oz/20 dkg thin slices of sandwich ham, 2 apples, 3-4 pickles, 4 oz/10 dkg
olives stuffed with peppers, 5 tablespoon mayonnaise, 4 tablespoon sour cream, 1-2 teaspoon lightly salted soy sauce, few drops lemon juice, 1/3 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook the pasta in slightly salted boiling water, drain, rinse and let drip. Cut the ham, cored apple and pickles into thin strips, slice the olives. Blend the mayonnaise, sour cream and soy sauce; add the drops of lemon juice and parsley, season with pepper. Mix with the prepared ingredients.
When preparing a pasta salad with mayonnaise it is usually very juicy, there are those who like it this way. If it is allowed to rest, the pasta absorbs nearly all the sauce, this is why its flavor becomes so delicious and there are those who prefer it because of it.
