Ingredients serves 4:
2 fleshy green peppers, 2 oz/5 dkg butter, 6 oz/15 dkg crumbled blue cheese, 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, 1 clove garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic cream, 1 radish, a few sprigs fresh dill olives, 1/2 hot green pepper, such as poblano
Prepare the peppers according to the previous recipe. Whip the softened butter until fluffy, add the grated blue cheese and season with the ground white pepper and pressed garlic (garlic cream). Fill mixture into a pastry bag topped with a star tube. Salt the inside of each half pepper slightly and flute them high with the blue cheese mixture. Decorate with radish slices, sprigs of dill, olives, slivers of hot pepper, or as an option, thin strips of ham.
