Red Peppers Stuffed with Smoked Cheese
Ingredients serves 4:
2 same-sized red bell peppers (californian pepper may also), 2 medium apples, 4-5 young radishes, 1/2 onion, 9 oz/25 dkg smoked cheese, 6-8 tablespoon mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper, red onions, scallions

Wash peppers, cut them in half and cut out stems. Core the apples, clean the radishes, peel the onions and cut them and the cheese into thin slices. The apples, cheese and radish may also be diced into small pieces and the onions chopped fine. Mix ingredients with mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and spoon into the bell peppers. Refrigerate well and decorate with thin slices of red onion and scallions, or strips of cheese and radish.
