Hungarian Meat Salad  -  (Magyaros hússaláta)
7 oz of salami, half regular, half csabai, 7 oz pork roast, 1/2 head of lettuce, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 large baked potato, 1 apple, 1 large pickled cucumber, 8 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Separate leaves of lettuce, wash and dry them. Remove core of apple. Cut all ingredients into thin slices: salami with pork roast, salad with eggs and potato, apple with cucumber. Set everything aside. Spice mayonnaise with some salt, black pepper, add the mustard, sugar and lemon juice. Turn in all the solid ingredients. You can spice the salad with a bit of ground red cherry pepper if desired.
